9. Fraud Prevention & NFT Policy

Although Demaca currently does not issue NFTs, it reserves the right to do so in the future.
To prevent fraud and unauthorized digitalization of artworks:

• original digital files are protected by unique watermarks or hash identifiers;

• any unauthorized digitalization, tokenization, or publication of artworks on blockchain platforms will be treated as forgery or art fraud under Article 496 et seq. of the Belgian Criminal Code;

• Demaca reserves the right to take legal action against any party offering its artworks as NFTs without consent.
